Our commitment to our clients is that we take the time to not only educate them but also educate ourselves so we can be up to date on the most up to date needs of our clients and referral partners.  We don't want to hear our clients say "Why didn't I know this before"  Educating our clients on these needs is what separates us from the competition. 

For years now we have been providing Home buyer Education  classes that not only provide the fundamental knowledge in assisting you with your home financing decisions but also provide a "street smart" education on other key points to save you time and money.  We have created a special process to educate our clients before, during and after the home loan approval process know as Home Smart. 

We realize some clients don't have time to attend a class so as a resource we have provided the following resource below for you that provides a good base knowledge of the home buying process.  Some loan programs actually require this such as the USDA home loan program as well as many state and local government programs.  Please consult with you PCM representative to see if your loan requires this.
